Toll Great Britain - charge for heavy goods vehicles

From 1 April 2014, a time-based HGV toll based on emission classes, vehicle weights and number of axles will be introduced for all vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 12 tonnes or more on the UK road network. The toll is to be paid for periods of between one day and one year online, by telephone or at points of sale. The charge will be between GBP 1.70 and GBP 10 per day or GBP 85 and GBP 1,000 per year.
