Driving and rest times in France and Belgium, Sweden

According to EU regulation ((EC) no 561/2006), drivers were previously able to spend the weekly 45-hour rest period in suitable vehicles. With immediate effect, commercial drivers in France, Belgium and Sweden must spend the weekly 45-hour rest period outside their vehicles. Infringements will be penalised with heavy fines. In some cases, there may be changes to transport times depending on dates. We will coordinate appointments with you in advance in line with the new regulations.
