The current contractual relationship is based on the fact that the UK is a member of the European Union. If Britain leaves the European Union disorderly, it can have far-reaching implications for performance obligations, rights, liabilities and allowances.
The postponement of the Brexit appointment on 29.03.2019 through renegotiations with the EU is estimated with a low probability of 20%. Also, the “rejection” of a Brexit is estimated at 10%. A hard Brexit, however, is assumed with a probability of 30%. Most likely, with 40% new elections and a new referendum are accepted.
